This simple project can demonstrate some high performance features of
SensorStick.
Since SensorStick can sample at rates up to 5 kS/s,
it can detect high frequency periodic variation in
light intensity, enabling you to see what can't be
seen by your eye. In the US, a fluorescent light
flickers at a frequency of 120 Hz (twice the 60 Hz AC
frequency). This is much greater frequency than the
human eye can detect.
